退貨政策


  •  任何銷售商品、定製或定製商品均被排除在外且無法更換或退款

  • 當您換取同等或更高價值的商品時,我們會確認您退回的商品完好無損後,立即將新商品寄給您。 如果您選擇了價值更高的商品,您將需要重新下訂單,我們將退還您最初購買的商品的款項,換貨不會收取額外的運費。

  • 物品必須在收到後 14 天內寄回

  • 物品必須是未使用過的,並且與您收到時的狀況相同它也必須在原包裝中
  • 物品必須退回到我們的退貨中心

產品品質有問題


得知您收到了有缺陷的產品,我們深感遺憾。在購買後 14 天內發送電子郵件至 {imperial.jewelry.tst@gmail.com},並附上故障產品的圖片,我們將與您聯繫以解決問題。


退貨處理時間


我們會盡快處理您的退貨,在收到退還的商品退還後,我們會在 7-14 個工作天內處理您的退款。如果您在退回商品 7-14 天后仍未獲得退款,請通過 {imperial.jewelry.tst@gmail.com} 與我們聯繫,並提供退貨收據中的郵資信息證明,我們將對此進行進一步調查。


追踪退貨狀態


當我們收到您的退貨件,您將收到一封電郵收件確認通知。當安排退款後,您還會收到電郵退款確認通知。請注意,付款可能需要 3-5 個工作日才能顯示在您的帳戶中,具體取決於發卡機構。



Returns Policy

  • Any customised or made-to-order pieces are excluded and cannot be exchanged or refunded. 

  • When exchanging for an item of equal or higher value, we will send the new piece to you as soon as your original order has been returned to us and we’ve confirmed it is in good condition. If you have chosen a higher value item then you will be required to place a new order and we will refund your original purchase. No additional shipping costs will be charged for exchanges.

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
  • Items must be undamaged
  • Items must have all tags attached and be in original packaging
  • Item’s must be returned to our returns centre

Quality Issue

We are sorry to hear you have received a faulty product. No problem! Send our customer service team an email within 14 days of purchase at {email}, with images of the faulty product and we will be in touch to resolve the issue.

Return Process Time

We aim to process your return as soon as possible, but on occasions it may take up to 7-14 days for your refund to be processed after you have returned your item(s) to us. If you have not been refunded after 7-14 days of returning the item(s), please contact us at {email} with the proof of postage information from your return carrier receipt and we will investigate this further.

Track the Return Status

As soon as your return has been received by our warehouse team you will receive an email notification. You will then also receive an email from us to say your refund has been processed. Please note it can take 3-5 working days for the payment to show in your account, depending on the card issuer.
